Celebrating the Feast of All Saints

Happy Feast of All Saints!

Our Parish School celebrates All Saints Day each year instead of Halloween.  The children dress up as a Saint and make a poster or do a small presentation.

St. Michael the Archangel

St. Anthony of Padua and St. Lucy

Last year I made these for Dimples’ Kindergarten class.  I got the idea from Bake at 350.  They were a huge hit.

This year, while poking around on Lacy’s fabulous blog, Catholic Icing, I came across this post.  Lacy knows all the great catholic resources, doesn’t she?  I had never heard of Happy Saints before, but now I’m hooked.  I promptly purchased Happy Saints ebook 1 & 2 so that I could get to work on some quick and easy decorations for our home.

These ebooks come with all sorts of printables.  There are these badges that you see above, coloring pages, holy cards, posters, and greeting cards.  I think I’m going to have just a little bit of fun with these printables in the coming years.  Oh, the possibilities!

For today, I came up with some fun and easy decorations.

All you Angels and Saints, Pray for Us!

All you holy men & women, Pray for Us!

Enjoy this wonderful feast,
